Manufacturing Process - Insulated Board

1. Wet Grinding

  • The process grinds the cake form of cohered pulp sludge in 1~5mm diameter size

2. Carbonization

  • Wet grinding pulp sludge moves through a screw to cylindrical tank carbonized by heat treatment.

3. Mixing and Extruding

  • Carbonized pulp sludge is phased in mixing and extruding machine on the conveyor system.

4. Pressing

  • The pulp sludge plate is pressed by molding presses to be required some form before discharged from the ejector firing.

5. Firing

  • Carbonized pulp sludge is phased in mixing and extruding machine on the conveyor system.

6. Cutting

  • The process of cutting the pulp sludge plate into a required size.
